Domestic Shipping
Ground Shipping via UPS or USPS usually arrives within 10 business
days.
Two day shipping available via UPS 2nd day air.
Next day shipping available via UPS Next day air.
Unless two day or next day shipping is requested, we ship all items via our
ground shipping vendors. Most shipments will be shipped via UPS and should
arrive within 10 business days. We will ship via the United States Post Office
to PO boxes, APO boxes and certain northwestern US addresses.
On request we will ship packages within the United States via 2nd day and
Next day air*.
Shipping charges are based on weight and distance from Boca Raton, FL unless
being drop shipped from one of our vendors. .
In most cases we are able to ship orders complete the next business day.
However, if we are out of stock on an item, the customer has the choice to hold
the order until all items have been received or to receive their order in two
separate shipments.**
* Requesting expedited shipping may increase your shipping charges.
** Choosing to receive orders in to separate shipments may increase shipping
charges.
International Orders and Shipping
OD Iron LLC products are subject to all U.S. export control laws, regulations
and administrative policies. Diversion contrary to U.S. law is prohibited.
Purchaser understands that a license, written approval or other authorization
may be required from the Bureau of Industry and Security of the U.S. Department
of Commerce, the Directorate of Defense Trade Controls of the U.S. Department of
State or other U.S. government agency prior to the export or re-export of these
items from the U.S. Guidance may be found at
http://www.bis.doc.gov/
and
http://www.pmdtc.org/contactus.htm. Purchaser further understands that it is
unlawful to export, re-export or transfer, or to attempt to export, re-export or
transfer these items to individuals or entities on the List of Debarred Parties,
Denied Persons list, Specially Designated Nationals List, Entity List,
Unverified List or Nonproliferation Sanctions list, as well as sales or
transfers to Embargoed Countries. It is the purchasers responsibility to be
aware of these Lists. These Lists may be accessed at:

For products shipped internationally, please note that any manufacturer
warranty may not be valid; manufacturer service options may not be available;
product manuals, instructions and safety warnings may not be in destination
country languages; the products (and accompanying materials) may not be designed
in accordance with destination country standards, specifications, and labeling
requirements; and the products may not conform to destination country voltage
and other electrical standards (requiring use of an adapter or converter if
appropriate). You are responsible for assuring that the product can be lawfully
imported to the destination country. When ordering from OD Iron, the recipient
is the importer of record and must comply with all laws and regulations of the
destination country.
Please note that any manufacturer warranty may not be valid; manufacturer
service options may not be available; product manuals, instructions and safety

A $50.00 USD minimum order is required (this does not include shipping).
All orders that do not meet the required minimum will be cancelled.
All International Orders are non-refundable due to the long distance they
must travel which makes them not suitable in resalable condition when they
arrive back in the U.S. There fore all sales are final.
All International shipping charges are subject to being adjusted, according
to weight of package and country destination. Additional shipping and handling
charge may be applied to your credit card at the time your order is shipped. You
will receive an email receipt with the charges that have been added to your
credit card for additional shipping. International orders can be shipped by:
USPS or UPS (a signature is required) however due to poor tracking standards
with USPS WE DO NOT RECOMMEND USING THEIR INTERNATIONAL SERVICE. Because
we are here to serve this customer we allow the customer to make their own
choices, in accordance the customer is assuming all responsibility for the
shipment. Weight of parcel determines the charge for shipping, everything over a
pound is rounded up to the next number. Example: 1.01 lbs. = 2 lbs. and
4.1 pounds = 5 pounds etc.
It can take 2-3 weeks for your order to arrive (and sometimes longer)
depending on how busy your customs officials are at the time your order arrives
in your country.
All international orders require hand written paper work for each parcel
shipped to another country. Customs and other forms must be filled out this
takes time and is done on rotation. So please have patience. We sometimes get
very busy.
The purchaser is responsible for any and all additional fees, duties, taxes,
associated with orders shipped outside of the continental USA.
If a parcel is returned because of non payment of duty tax, the credit back
to the credit card will be minus the: shipping and handling fee and a 15%
restocking fee.
The Customer is Responsible Charges to Re-Ship ...if you fail to claim your
package. You will be required to pay for shipping twice in order to have your
order sent a second time.
PLEASE NOTE,
we will not ship to the following countries due to high fraud histories:
Belarus, Columbia, Egypt, Korea, Malaysia, Singapore, Romania, Russia, Indonesia
and Taiwan. If you insist, we still will not ship to the following areas with
unreliable postal service: Latin America, South America, Africa including the
Middle East, Israel, Italy, and Greece. So please, do not ask and do not attempt
to place a order. You will just be wasting your time.
RETURNS
OD Iron accepts returns of merchandise within 30 days from purchase date, of
most manufacturers, subject to the following conditions.
A return authorization but be obtained before returning an item, RAs are
issued by the sales department and should be contacted by email at
sales@odiron.com.
RA Conditions
All products must be returned unopened and sealed inside the original
package.
Opened products may be subject to a 10-15% restocking fee depending on the item
and return policy of the manufacturer. Opened products must be returned with the
original packaging materials, including warranty cards, manuals and any other
items. Failure to include all materials will result in additional charges.
A valid RMA number must be issued by OD Iron and clearly marked on the
outside of the package. Packages without an RA number will not be Accepted.
Please email us to request a Return
Authorization (RA) number. Failure to include this form will result in a delay
of processing your credit or exchange.
RA numbers are valid for 15 days only.
Shipping and handling charges are not refundable for returns. If you receive a
damaged package or if you need to return an item as a result of our mistake, we
will arrange for the return of the item at our expense.
While we would like to assist you directly as much as possible, certain
manufacturers’ policies prohibit us from accepting any returns of their opened
products; this policy applies to electronics and certain electrical parts.
Your credit card will be credited or an exchange unit will be sent once we
receive and inspect the product. Most credit card companies will post the credit
to your account within 48 hours, but it may take up to 2 weeks before your
credit is posted.
Items that are not returnable are:
- Opened electronics
- Installed electrical items (starters, alternators, etc)
- Items advertised as B-Stock or Used
- Disposable products such as cleaning or testing supplies.
- Special Orders.
- Defective Product Returns/Exchanges
We sell only new products "in the box" unless identified as "B" stock or
"used." From time to time a defective item may slip through our vendors Quality
Control or an item may be damaged in transit. If you need to return a defective
product to us, please give us a call or email us within 3 days of receipt.
If the package appears to have sustained damage in transit notify us and the
carrier immediately!
If you suspect the product to be defective, please contact the manufacturers
tech support department to confirm. In the event you are unable to do so, please
let us know when requesting the RA.
All Defective Product Returns/Exchanges are subject to the following:
The product must be returned with the original packaging materials, including
all warranty cards, manuals, slip covers and any other items.
A valid RMA number must be issued by OD Iron and displayed clearly on
the outside of the package. Packages without an RA number will be refused and
returned
RA numbers are valid for 15 days only.
An exchange unit will be sent out once we receive the product. If you need an
advance replacement unit, your credit card will be charged but not settled. Upon
receipt of the item the charge will be reversed.
Please note about Defective Product Returns/Exchanges
Shipping charges are only refundable if the item tests to be defective. Also,
please note that non-defective items may be subject to restocking charges. If
you need to return a defective product after 10 or more days (of receiving the
item), please see your warranty card or contact the manufacturer for the proper
instructions on replacing the product.
For international customers, please note that return items are not allowed,
all sales are final!!!!
